Car radio won't turn off after the ignition is off and key pulled out?
I have a 2008 Honda Accord and just recntly realized that the car radio stays on after the car is completely off. I turned the radio off manually but the led display still stays on. It has the factory radio. I also just got a new battery 2 days ago. Help please, what could it be and how do I fix it?
Stuck relay contacts. Find the main relay box (SOMETIMES NEXT TO THE FUSE BOX) give it a good tap to each of the relays (cube looking black/transparent things).
If you can't turn the radio off even manually, then the problem could be in the radio system's circuit.
- I just pulled into the parking lot at work and when I got off my van I noticed I had more space to back up so I tried to turn on my van and? It was dead. I checked the ports and everything looked good. The battery is new. What can it be? I have a 2006 Honda Odyssey EXL
- Test light on positive lead on starter relay comes on when the motorcycle is off, when bike key is turn on, test light is off? Does this mean starter relay is bad? I'm trying to diagnose my electrical problem on a honda cbr f4. The lights turned on but when I tried to start bike all power shut off and now nothing powers on.
- HONDA PCX IGNITION KEY SHUTTER LOCKED OUT? I accidentally closed the shutter of my honda pcx 150. I don't have anymore the original key I lost last month. I tried with the copy key may times but of course the magnets were not placed at all in the blank key. i have called also HONDA and they told me to call AAA or a locksmith. The locksmiths i have called they say no we can't do that. What are my options?
- Why won't my 99 honda civic star after i turn it off? Like all go to work in the morning and all drive it for about 10mnt i get to work all turn it off and if i tried turning it on it won't star. I change the water pup because it was over heating on me then all this starded. I put new sparkplugs new wires new distributor cap rotor and new gas filter and still doing the same.
