I just pulled into the parking lot at work and when I got off my van I noticed I had more space to back up so I tried to turn on my van and?
It was dead. I checked the ports and everything looked good. The battery is new. What can it be? I have a 2006 Honda Odyssey EXL
Maybe you broke the port's electrical connection when jumping off the van.
Just a guess, given the battery is new, the battery was not being recharged while you drove to work. So when you shut off the engine, your van had no battery power to restart it.
A further guess… The battery was not hooked up to the generator/alternator, which is why it didn't recharge.
It's probably a connection or fuse (not an expensive fix). Have a mechanic check it out.
Ram the shift lever back and forth and then try starting it in Neutral.

- I have a honda cbr954rr that I just purchased in used condition with only 3300 original miles. But I have noticed that it's somtimes? Hard to go into neutral. It just skip past neutral and go to second & it seems like the only way for me to go to neutral his if I shut the bike off. Even if I try to shift from 1st to neutral really slow it still jumps to second. I've tried to adjust the clutch but no help have anyone else experienced this problem any help will be appreciated
