Honda Accord 95 turn signals and hazard don't blink?
I checked all the fuses and the lights but nothing is wrong. The fuses are still good, the light bulbs are not burned out, but when I turn on the turn signals/hazard or both, they don't blink.
Any suggest?
Replace the flasher unit. It's located in the under-dash fuse/relay box just above the driver's side kick panel, there are three relays at the very top, the one on the far left is the flasher relay
I would take a look at the bulb application first: Your lights may have good bulbs but wrong bulbs (Application). The ground G404: Check it for tightness, clean off corrosion.
Bulb (Turn signal) application:
Front: 12V - 21W
Side: 12V - 5W
Rear: 12V - 21W
How the lights brightness lit is another symptom to check: Lit bright or dim? Like I've said: The grounds or the flasher unit is cheap. Clean the grounds if needed, but there was no work done around the center console or front and rear of the car: Don't worry about checking it.
Replace the flasher unit (It locates on the top left of the under dash fuse/ relay box- Driver side. Look at the diagram below). The flasher unit is probably respond for the hazard lights are not blinking. Look at the diagram.

There's a Flasher that controls the lights, it could be bad. I believe it is plugged in by the fuse box. Look for a round silver item at the fuse box

- Turn signals/hazard lights won't work in my Honda Civic 2000? One of my buddies installed an aftermarket radio in for me, but now my turn signals/hazard lights aren't working. The fuses looks fine, but i don't know jack about the wires behind the radio so i'm not sure what to do. I'm not trying to shell out a buck fifty for a shop if it turns out its just a plug that isn't plugged in. Any tips? Are there any wires that may be unplugged, loose, bent that I need to plug back in or take a look at? If so, what do they look like?
