Liquid under hood and battery and radiator in a 1996 honda accord lx automatic i don't know what it could be?
So my honda keeps spilling liquid that spits and throws to the hood to the radiator and battery and i'm not so sure what it could be can anyone help me with this its on the left side by the battery automatic 1996 honda accord lx 4 door

Radiator is likely leaking or radiator cap is bad. Try replacing the radiator cap first and check if the "spilling" goes away. Replace the cap when the engine is cold. Service the coolant while you are at it if the coolant is low. If you still have a problem, take your car to a garage.
If you are not with it enough to identify the liquid just go to the garage with it and get your head gasket.
Take a look in the radiator to see if there's any antifreeze.
You are leaking antifreeze. Seek professional help repairing the problem.
If it's a green color, it's antifreeze. You have a coolant leak. If it's brown, it's an oil leak.
if it's red it's transmission fluid.

The AC only works when I take out the fuse for the radio in the box located under he hood. And if I want the radio on I have to put the fuse back in but the ac doesn't blow out cold air. I drive for Uber and I'm sure passenger would like both when riding.
