Honda Accord Coupe VS Honda Civic Coupe?

This coming December, my younger sister is getting my car and I'm getting a certified used one. I've been looking at the Honda Accord Coupe and also came across the Honda Civic Coupe. I'm just looking for opinions in regards to which car is better. My dad said to try to keep it under $22,000, and I want a 2011 or 2012 with 30,000 miles or less. Which car is better and why?

Honda Accord will last longer.

The Honda Accord is a much nicer car that will ride better, be much quieter, be more comfortable especially on long trips, and all around just a better car to own. The Accord will also get great mileage and will hold it's resale value. The Civic is a very nice small car but it is not in the class with the Accord. For $22,000 you can more than likely find a nice 2013 certified used Accord EX and you can actually buy a brand new 2014 Accord LX 4 cylinder for that price. The 2013 is a much nicer car than 2012 and older Hondas. It has keyless start, back-up camera as standard equipment. The EX and Sport also have other high tech goodies like Lane Watch, & forward collision warning. I own a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L and I love it. With the 4 cylinder and CVT transmission I'm getting 38 highway and 32 city. So, I would highly recommend you get the Accord. A coupe may be harder to find than a sedan as their are not nearly as many sold as the sedan.
