Honda accord jerks when accelerating?
I have a 1996 Honda accord LX with 4 cylinder and every time i accelerate it jerks. I changed the spark plugs, distributor cap and rotor. I thought that would fix it but it still does it. Should i replace the spark plug wire and fuel filter and see if that's what is causing it to jerk when it accelerates. Any suggestions?

- 2000 Honda Civic, 170,000 miles. Was driving, and the car stopped accelerating? Was driving when the car stopped accelerating while I was pushing the pedal. Engine still revved, RPMs still went up. I coasted until I stopped and parked the car. Then I started the car again, was able to drive forward for about 500 feet into a safe parking lot and it happened again. Transmission related I suspect but I wanted some more knowledgeable opinions.

When I get to around 3-4 thousand rpm ( guessing the car doesn't have a rpm gauge ) the car starts to like shake and jerk. Also when I'm in neutral and let out on the clutch it makes a grinding like noise. Where I bought it told me it was a throw out bearing but me and my friend replaced it and it's still making the noise
- My 2011 Honda Accord Coupe has a whining noise while I'm accelerating. It will make that noise when driving or in park? Can anyone tell me what this could be and possibly a solution? One mechanic told me a cracked power steering tank, but when I went to get it fixed they said power steering was fine.
