How much will my insurance be after a coupe car? I'm only 18 years old?
So i currently am a 18 year old College student. I work part time at Best Buy. I'm including my family (total of 5 people) in AAA insurance. I'm not sure how much my parents and what the total for the insurance we pay annually, but i know that i pay 110 every month. This was when i had my honda accord 2007 under my dads name but i was driving it. But now i sold it. I'm thinking of getting a 2010-2012 Hyundai Genesis coupe 2.0T V4 or 3.8 V6. Before i go to my insurance, any ideas how much i will end up paying if i get the car and put it under my parent's name?

However, 2-door coupes are ALWAYS more expensive to insure than their 4-door cousins, and especially for an 18 year old. The way to get a real answer to your question is to have your dad call AAA and ask. So
So an 18 year old college student doesn't know that in order to find out what insurance may cost that one must ask an insurance company… Not strangers on the internet? How would we know what some insurance company might charge you for their insurance?
So Probably about the same. The price of insurance is mostly based on the age and location of the driver, not the type of car. Ask AAA, dummy. Nobody does insurance estimates in here, not even the people who pretend to do them. There are about 12 factors involved in calculating insurance. When you have them all ask again.
18 wanting a coupe doesn't come close.
