Every 5000 is good and is what is recommended by Honda

Every 3000 miles unless you running synthetic you can do 6000 miles. Change the filter EVERY time you change the oil. Those things leak often especially when you change the oil.

2-3 days interbal

Do it every 2,000 to 3,000 miles, or every 3 months if you drive less than that many miles.

Pay no attention to anyone telling you to change your oil every 3,000 miles. This is 2017 not 1955. Conventional Engine oils and modern filters allow you to easily go 5,000 miles between oil changes. If you use Synthetic you can go 7,000 miles between oil changes. Just make sure to also buy a quality oil filter.

Every 5k miles, give or take, or annually. Anything more frequent is overkill.

Every 3,000 miles or 3 months. Which ever comes first.
If you're using synthetic oil every 5,000 miles and there's no time limit.

If you will be using a quality brand engine oil and the motor is in good condition, an oil change every 5,000 miles with a oil filter change at every other oil change should be sufficient. This is the schedule I have always maintained on my vehicles under 'normal' conditions. Car engines and motor oils have come a long way in the past 20 years, so the old 3 month, 3,000 mile oil and filter changes are usually not needed these days. I always thought it was amazing when the car garages recommended changing the oil and filter every 3,000 to 5,000 miles… But when the dealers started 'giving' away oil and filter changes with a new vehicle purchase, the mileage for the interval became 7,500 miles!

Thumbs to TruthBeTold, but add to support: 3,000 miles is a school of thought from the days when cars barely lasted 100,000 miles (older American cars in particular). Manufacturer recommend intervals have been 5,000-7,500 miles since the 1980's. Do people think they really know better than the companies that spend millions in R&D to develop these engines? By the way, those recommendations are with conventional oil, not synthetic. Synthetic can go a lot further, but you don't need synthetic, unless you're prone to neglecting your car. 3,000 mile oil changes on modern cars (1990 and newer) is a way for shops to make more money on you. It won't hurt the car, but it's unnecessary. By the way, Accords have always been good cars, but you have arguably the best generation Accord ever built, in terms of build quality, and reliability. They made them from 1994-1997, and as expected, 1997 was the best year. I've seen a quite a few in excess of 350K mils on them with original engines and transmissions.

It depends on the type of oil you use. For non-synthetic ~3000 miles, synthetic blend ~5,000 miles, for full synthetic some claim ~12,000. For the full synthetic I use that in my car but don't go past ~7,000 miles.
