Added (1). I have tried the key entry, turning it and holding it and pretty much everyway possible. I disconnected the battery numerous times and let it sit. It is factory alarm so there's no alarm box it is programmed with the car. ALSO; My car radio won't work due to this issue. I have replaced all fuses so it is not a fuse problem. My lock button for the locks won't work nor does the charging port

One more thing to try, if you have not yet: disconnect the battery and put the key to the aux position, where you would listen to the radio only. After the battery has been disconnected for at least a minute, reconnect it and see if it starts.

There's no reset procedure; either the ring around the ignition cylinder reads the key or it does not. You may need an automotive locksmith.

Try a different key

Every auto thief asks this question. This car is key coded. There's no reset because there's no stealing. You can steal the radio if you want but it won't work without the proper ignition key, so you got a useless radio… That will not work in any other car.
. That is the factory antitheft device at work. It is hard wire coding you can't bypass. I got a Honda so know about this and who YOU ARE. YOU ARE OBVIOUSLY NOT THE OWNER(for the owner knows about his anti-theft devices too.) None of the stuff is meant to work for you… So try stealing a car that does not have the ANTI THEFT DEVICES IN IT or buy your own car… Instead of stealing. The New Honda's now take DNA samples of thieves.

Hi so like all things this is not for owners to mess with. It is a Honda so honda should be doing what ever is needed.

Call the dealer with your VIN, they will have the code to your radio. Also, it should be in the owners manual. If not, look for a sticker in the glove compartment. Also do a search. I believe that Honda has a website where you can input your info and it will give you the code. I don't remember the link though. This is an issue that only Honda can solve.
