Would a 4 Cylinder Car in Sport Mode be able to accelerate faster than a V6 car in ECO mode?

Take the Honda CRV Turbo at 190 horse power 4 cylinder in Sport Mode vs the Oddysey with 285 Horsepower on ECO with a V6.

Totally depends on the make, model of the car.

Not worth knowing. Both of these vehicles are SLOW.

Odyssey's are quick. CRV wouldn't have a chance.

Hi laugh i could not stop laughing kid. The joke is on you with this one.eco made is not what you imagine at all. It is not slow far from it yes it has some modifications like a 6 speed gearbox and a turbo this has the effect of producing some awesome power.

Sport mode doesn't make your car accelerate any faster when you floor the the gas pedal as it does when the car isn't in sport mode. If you had a car with both Eco and Sport mode, and you raced them (assuming they are the same exact car) in a 1/2 mile drag race race. They will tie. Sport mode might raise the the transmission upshift points, and make the transmission downshift sooner, but it doesn't change the max output of the engine. And under full throttle conditions you're going to get max performance no matter what mode your transmission is in.
