My neighbor left a strange note, what should I say to her?

She wrote a note saying that when I turn my sprinklers on for all of ten minutes, every other day, at 5 a.m. That the wind blows and it gets her car dirty. Not that it matters but she drives a 1988 Honda Accord with both bumpers held together with duct tape. She's super religious and says that she prays nothing happens to my sprinkler system. Like really? How do I respond to that? Do I even need to address it?

Ask her if there's a better time to run your sprinklers when it won't get her car dirty.

Ask her what she does when it rains, also tell her that god is washing the car, but she has to do her bit as well such as drying it.

Try to be friendly. It's always better to be on good terms with your neighbors. If it's possible to water your lawn when he is not home the might work best. Or maybe you could adjust the sprinklers nearest her car to aim away from it.

She seems kind of rude. I'm religious and I don't think she meant she prayed nothing happened to your sprinklers in a nice way it sounds like a threat. I would be annoyed but I suppose the nice thing to do is ask her if it would be better if you had them go off during the day when she was at work or something (if she doesn't work there's nothing you can do). If she was rude to you then I would ignore her and if she does anything to your sprinklers I would threaten to call the authorities on install security lights that are bright and flash when someone is on your property.
