VEHICLE HEIGHT SPECS: Does it include tire lift/height or is it just the height of the car body itself?

For example, a 2008 Honda Accord lists its "height" as 56-58." I'm wondering if that is including the tire height (the space from the underside of the car to the ground) or if it is just the body of the car (from top to bottom excluding the lift from the tires)?

Ground to roof.

Height on the stock tires

The level ground to top of roof (with rack) when the vehicle is tyre pressured to the factory spec. Standing (standard equipment) unladen.

It's the total height with the tires inflated to the recommended pressure

You can't run up the road without properly inflated tires

Height is from the ground to the highest point on the roof of the car based on how the car was configured from the factory - that means the stock tires, inflated to recommended pressure, on a stock suspension, and with no people or cargo in the vehicle (their weight would compress the suspension slightly).

That's the height of the top of the roof above the ground
