What is wrong with my Honda?

I have a 93 Honda Accord LX. Automatic. Bought the car with 100k miles on it. Fuel pump, gas tank, & alternator have been replaced, but car has original Honda motor.
Guy I bought it from said the only thing he noticed was that after the gas went below half tank, the guage would stay at about quarter tank and you just had to estimate how long the last 1/4 tank would last. I thought no big deal for $1500 dollars, if I have to replace something that's okay, not thinking its its THAT big of a deal. He said may need fuel sensor something or other? Does this sound familiar?
Well the car also has power lock doors. All the sudden the power locks quit locking, on the left side. Also the left blinker blinks really fast. Sounds like a similar problem I had which was a fuse problem.
Then today, the car died while going about 30mph and I pulled off to the side, turned car off and it started right back up. Not even a mile down the rd my fuel service light came on, with the gas hand still not quite on e, stuck at 1/4 tank. I fill up and notice it doesn't immediately climb back to the top like usual and it took a about 6 miles before the service light went on and it started climbing back up. So, I'm having maybe a short or a fuse problem, don't have an ohmmeter to start any trouble shooting and won't have the time for a few days but the anxiety is killing me. Anyone have any ideas as to what this could be?

You don't have to remove the fuel tank to replace the fuel sending unit. The sending unit has a lid to cover it and it's locate in the trunk area near the rear seat back. This video will show you how to and it made for replacing the fuel pump, but also show the fuel sending unit. The fuel pump has been replace so it should be fine. The fuel sending unit has failed and that's why the gas light is also lit. See this video:

The blinker problem. Take a look at this simple diagnostic chart for blinker problems: It could be just a failed bulb on the left side:

The car stalling problem could be one of the most two failed items of Honda cars in the same era: The ignition switch and the main relay. The following links will help: Focus more into the ignition switch.
About the ignition switch:

For the main relay: How it work and how to test it:

Of course there are other things might affect the stalling problem but look at those two items first. There are two videos may help if you don't want to read what's in the links:

About the power lock problem, It could be the door lock actuators, it could be the switches, it could be the wiring. This is when the DVOM (Digital Volt Ohm Meter) come to play, you can buy one cheap at your auto part store. E mail me and I'll send you the intruction, video and wiring diagram and how to check and repair any problem of the car. Keep in touch. HTH

Take the tank off, clean it and replace the fuel float.
