What could be wrong with a 2005 Honda Civic while driving no longer went forward or reverse?

Transmission oil was full when checked
Transmission is good as well
Transmission oil was changed and filter
Does rev up and there's some type of noise

First can't change the filter its internal and the transmission would have to come apart to do that. So its just a drain and full. Honda had transmission problems between 98-07 so if fluid full and won't move then it needs rebuilt. Find local shop at ATRA.COM for more help
