Really hard to say(and I'm looking at the owner's manual) as there are 3 fuse boxes. It matters if it is a Canadian or US model. All I can find is under hood on driver side #10 Cooling fan relay. As you mention vent MODE then most likely the switch itself on the dash is worn out. As that is the first mechanical thing to go. If the blower motor runs at high speed only then the blower motor itself could be worn out. "BIG COIN" Have the dealer check it out rather than trying to fix it by guessing(which only costs more COIN)

I got a new "Mode" motor actuator and plugged it up and nothing happens. I checked all 7.5 amp and 10 amp fuses. Still nothing. There's no power getting to the mode motor actuator. I have the motor exposed. I can see if it is working. The fan works fine. The mode switch is displaying properly and moves between vents floor and dash. The actual old or new motor is not moving and the vent direction is stuck on vents.

Its probably a relay switch
