Am I the only guy who absolutely hates big trucks?

If I had the choice between a new Dodge Ram or an old beat up Toyota, ill take the Toyota every time. Then there's the choice between the Toyota and a little beat up Honda. I'll take the Honda. I just don't like trucks.

I'm not too crazy about them myself. I'm not crazy about trucks period. I prefer smaller SUV's, and then pack it with speakers.

I'd never drive a pick-up either. Pick-ups are for people whose egos can't fit in a car. Plus I'm not spending $50 at the pump to fill it up. Bad enough I'm spending $30 to fill up my Firebird with premium

I'd take an F-150 over ANY foreign car ever.

Not really, large pick-ups are hard to maneuver, hard on the wallet, and just a social status. Kinda meaning-less unless you own a farm.

I do think Peterbilts, Kenworths, etc are majestic and beautiful pieces of machinery, but those trucks have a
meaning and serve a real purpose.

  • Which trucks are the most reliable or easiest to fix if something goes wrong? I'm searching for a pick up truck thats reliable. I know everyone has their preference. I'm searching between a ranger s10 z71 f150 and gmc mid sized trucks. Any other suggestions would be great. I know some cars like honda are very easy to fix and i'm just wanting a truck that I can easily fix if something goes wrong.
  • What are the top 5 or so used cars/trucks under $3000 in a CA market? Another words, what are the easiest or most sought after i.e. Camry and Honda are probably two of them, can you name others? Would appreciate if your responses is backed up with experience, i.e. Someone in the business, salesman etc. Or actual knowledge first hand. Nobody is reading the question and answering it…
  • Punctured tire replacement - can I replace only 1 tire - is it safe to replace the PUNCTURED tire only? My 2005 Honda Pilot rear left tire was punctured near the threshhold (ie - sidewall), but still usable. Thus the tire dealer patched it only. Should I replace that punctured tire only? Or should I replace the 2 tires on the same axle? Or even buy a whole set of 4 tires? I'm concerned about safety, and thus your best advice is very appreciated.
  • What is a good beginner bike for a big guy? What would be a good touring, cruiser type starter bike for a big guy. I'm a 400 pound guy and am looking for a great starter/cruiser bike. I have looked at a honda shadow 650, or a vulcan 800, but am unsure of how powerful they actually are and if i can even handle it.
