Can my mustang beat a Honda SI?
Where i live there's "ricers" also known as those loud 90's hondas and also alot of newer honda si sedans and i got asked to race some i drive a 2006 Mustang GT 5spd stock with just an intake, will i be able to beat them?
It depends what they have under the hood too, there's some with lots of power and there's some just plain ol stock, there's only one way to find out is race
Stock for stock a Mustang GT will beat a Civic Si in just about all areas of performance. Even a bolt-on civic si won't be much of a threat. But if you find yourself against a heavily mod'd (turbo, JDM swap, etc.) then it would depend on the specific car you were going against.
Only one way to find out. Race them.
- Would it be stupid to get a 2005 mustang? It has 70-90k miles, i can't remember the exact number. I'm 20 years old and it would be my first car if that sways your decision in any way. I have a 7-7.5k budget I have been looking at toyotas and hondas, but i hate the way most of them look. I figured not everyone likes their first car; it just needs to be practical. Buying my first car is a big decision, to me, and i'm torn
- Insurance cost on a 6 cylinder 2015 mustang? My parents are willing to help me buy a new car and I really want the 5.0 but The insurance would probably be more than the monthly payments for the car itself. I'm 17 btw I don't want to hear( Get a used car, Buy a honda, Etc) I don't want anything else So Please don't answer with anything else other than what my question pertains to please Would it be cheaper if I got the eco boost 4 cyclinder It the V6? Any input would be great thanks!
- My old Elantra beat a Honda Civic in a race. How is that possible? I could hear his engine roaring and he was way behind me. I didn't add anything to my hood or anything. I thought it was pretty funny because he had the spoiler and everything and I didn't have anything. The civic was a 2010 or so by the way. It looked fairly new.
- 2015 Mustang V6 or 2013 Mustang GT? All spoiled rich kid comments aside, I have been saving money for 2 years and it is time for me to get a new car. Just taking a public survey, but should I get a 2015 Mustang V6, or a 2013 Mustang GT? Both cars are right in my price range. I'm driving a honda civic now so either car will be a dramatic increase power for me. The 2015 styling is awesome, but the 2013 still looks good and i would have the intense power of a V8! I need help deciding!
