My mom have might have $10,000 or $12,000 or $11,000 depends how much she saves up
she wants a buy or get a car loan hoping she get approved with that amount of money with at least $10k and she don't want something that break down 1 mile down the road
Take Chevy off the list right now.
Toyota and Honda are just about on par with each other and both very reliable just pick the one she likes best and can afford - if used then have an certified mechanic check the car over before purchasing - a pretty good value for about 100 dollars.
Chevy is trash.
Buy a gently used car from Hertz Car Sales or Enterprise Car Sales. These rental car companies take nice care of their cars
