1991 Honda civic no start

1991 Honda civic. New fuel pump, fuel filter, timing good. When I jump my main relay it will run no problem. I bought a new relay, but it won't start with the new relay. But if I jump the relay again it starts fine. What's going on?

Sounds like no signal to turn the relay on.

Check for power and ground on the control side of the relay when cranking. Ignition switch and/or starter is likely not feeding control power to the relay or there's a bad ground on the control side.

Hi so when are you going to grasp the idea that even the best car in the world has to die. Yes designed to last just 7 years. Or 100k miles. This has now well expired by many miles and years. So it is simply worn out.
