2016 Honda civic cooling fans not working?

I got in a fender bender and i needed to replace my radiator and my a/c condenser. Then i'm about to drive and notice my fans weren't turning on, i know i plugged everything back in, i bought a new cooling switch but still won't turn on.

Check the wiring and the fuses.

Get a Test Light and check things before you replace parts. Fuses and Relays are the first things to check. One FAN should come on with AC, the other when it's warmer than usual.

Turn the AC on to make sure the fans are working.
Radiator fans don't come on until the motor reaches 225 degrees Fahrenheit unless the AC is turned on.

Then i'm about to drive and notice my fans weren't turning on. The engine is cold. So the fans have no need to come on. Try going up a mountain road for 20 miles on a hot day and you are fully loaded with fat people and all their luggage and if you could tow (Honda's can't) you would also tow a trailer behind you in the middle of the summer. That fan will kick on. Before you get to the top.

Make sure the fan relay didn't get knocked loose.

You need a wiring diagram, and a voltmeter or test light. Then you trace the circuit.

There's, of course, a relay which turns the fan on, and a fuse to protect the circuit.

Check those first.

Check whether your city library or nearby junior college library has an online subscription to Alldata. You look up your exact vehicle and then find the electrical diagram.

The fan(s) don't come on for engine cooling until the engine is warmed up. Then, if you are driving, the electric fan isn't required. If you stop moving, the fan will need to come on.

Some a/c systems don't use the fan until the high side pressure is above a certain pressure. You'll need the diagram and a voltage tester.

You changed your a/c condenser? Did you evacuate the system and check for any leakage? Did you charge the a/c? What were your high and low pressures? Does the a/c blow 40° air from the ducts?
