92 honda civic si starting issue?
My 92 honda civic si started having a issue today with the fuel pump not priming, my first guess was that it was the main relay so i replaced it and had no luck so i tried cleaning and reattaching the thermostat ground and still nothing I replaced fuse 24 and 31 with no luck… So I jumped pins 5 and 7 on the main relay and it starts… It idles extremely high and surges almost instantly I really have no idea what the problem is any thoughts of what to check would be nice there's no check engine light and it appears to function correctly when i turn the key
Hi so what do you expect from such an old car the fuel pump must need to be changed by now. It is going to be expensive as most cars are petrol injection these days. Cars like the honda had a life expectancy of 8 years. So to have lived to the age of 13 years is far beyond it's scrap date.
- Honda TRX400FW starting issue (electrical)? I have a 2000 model Honda Foreman 400 (trx400fw) that has blown the main fuse and is going straight to ground from the main fuse (realized that by doing a continuity test) additionally, the fan comes on and stays on when the switch is turned to the "on" position and the starter is not getting power when the "start" button is pressed while in neutral and holding the left brake lever. (the starter itself works) any suggestions on what to check next?

- Honda Civic EP2 Gearbox Issue? My Civic EP2 recently got a reconditioned gearbox and clutch last year. Prior to getting the work done, it would make a sort of hissing noise when the clutch pedal was released. After getting the gearbox and clutch replaced, the noise stopped. Fast Forward a year, the noise has started to come back, and is really starting to bug me. Surely it won't need another gearbox and clutch? I paid around £700 for the work last year, which I though would of sorted the issue.
