I'm 18. Make 1200-1600 a month depeneding if i work alot of overtime or not
The only bills I Have is my car insurance which is $290 a month because i have 2 speeding tickets and its on a 2006 honda civic coupe ex which i will sell as soon as i get the mustang. And my phone and gym bill which is less than $100

Do you have $5000 to $8000 in cash? If so, you certainly can.
If you have to worry about payments I would say no, given anywhere that finances one at this point would be a sketchy 2nd hand dealer.
Who finances a 9-11 year old car? No reputable lender is going to finance a car that old. Fox is correct, you're going to be limited to the buy here-pay here dealerships that will just rip you off.
