Currently lease a Honda and want to lease an acura next?
I have a 2016 Honda Civic Touring & I want to lease the Acura RDX in 2019. Can anyone describe their experience with the transition? Will Honda charge me for leaving? Is it the same bank considering Honda owns Acura?
If your lease is up in 2019, simply return the vehicle and start all over again with the Acura. According to the contract you signed on the Honda, you will be billed for a disposition fee and any over-mileage or damage charges after the return.
No, Honda Financial Services handles Honda and Acura Financial Services handles Acura. However both are DBAs of American Honda Finance Corporation. So, essentially the same company, just different names.
It doesn't matter that it's the same bank. It will cost money to terminate your present lease and it will cost money to apply for financing to lease the new vehicle, so you're paying two unnecessary fees (and probably not small ones) to stroke your ego to have a new car. Unless you are leasing for legitimate business purposes where you can use the tax write-off, leasing is foolish because you accrue zero equity. Car leasing is the third biggest scam in the financial world following jumbo loans and sub-prime mortgages. If you are leasing because you can't afford the terms of a standard loan purchase, then you're driving too much car than you can afford.
Breaking a lease early can be expensive. Finish the lease then look at the RDX.

I was wondering if there's like a subwoofer that I can attach to my phone with an aux splitter or Bluetooth. I know that subs take a lot of power so i'm wandering if a good one that I can just charge exists. Please let me know.
