Do you know how to fix my Honda Civic turn signal issue?

A couple months ago, the right turn signal was blinking faster than my left, so I replaced the bulb in the front / back since that usually means it'll burn out soon.

Last week, I got back in my car after work, and I didn't notice if it was already like this or until I turned the car on, but the right turn signal, front and back, and on the dash, was stuck on and lit solid. The turn handle was not on, but the light was solid and on. The left one was normal, and flashed but no clicking sound. And when i did turn on the right signal, it would go back to that fast clicking like before i changed the bulb.

i have a 2011 honda civic LX 4-door.

we checked the fuse, and the fuse itself is not broken in anyway, so we think it's the turn signal relay, but can't find where it's located or how to fix it.

any ideas?

Added (1). we did pull the fuse for now to turn off the light signals completely to save battery. Break lights and headlights still work. But it would just stay on and lit solid when the car was on or off. Like it was frozen on. Only the right side, front, back and dashboard arrow light. Not the left.

It is likely the fuse.
Often a fuse that is broken doesn't look broken.

Did you stick a single element bulb in a dual element socket?
