Honda civic 2000 blown headgasket?

So I know I have blown my headgasket in my honda civic 2000, it as caused by a leak in my hot water hose and my fan not turning on. The hose has been fixed as well as the fan. It runs but I still only drive it when i have too. Its been about month since that happened and I have only had the car start to look like it was going to overheat once because I was in traffic. Also when i move my car and look on the ground there's a slight amount of coolant on the ground but not very much. It also isn't leaking any oil. So I'm not sure if its worth getting fixed and if I solved the main problems of why it was overheating at first. I also haven't needed to put more coolant in it very much because it isn't leaking as much. So my question is that if I should fix it or let it be and if its ok to drive still.

You have a coolant leak. A head gasket the oil would look like chocolate milk. It maybe a freeze plug.

You should never drive car with a coolant leak. Go have the cooling system pressure tested.
