How do i change the left front tire on a 2004 honda civic?

I have a flatand need to know how to change it for this model car. It is a 4 door automatic.
I put the jack under the bumper like i'm suppoed to and it won't lift. I pumped the handle for about 15 minutes.
Also how do i trouble shoot the jack?

Call insurance

With modern cars, you jack the car up by the frame, not the bumper.

How to Change a Flat Tire

There's a notch 5 inches behind the left front wheel. Put the jack there. Loosen the lugs first before jacking.

You can use a different jack.

The jack doesn't go under the bumper. It goes on the side of the car under the pinch weld.
You have a smart phone. Go to youtube and watch a video showing you how to change a tire. Remember to break the lugnuts loose before jacking the tire off the ground!
If you're a girl show your **** and get a guy to pull over and help you! If you're a guy grow a pair!

The jack does not go under the front bumper but rather under the chassis. Look up the instructions in your owner's manual to find the correct lift point.

I also suggest blocking the rear wheel and loosening the nuts before you lift the front wheel off the ground.

I have a car. Usually I just take the tire off and put another one on. If this isn't an option, do you have a hammer? You can take it and take the wheel off then put another on one. Alternatively, you can use your steering wheel as a tire if a new tire is too expensive wise budgeting can come a long way.

You gotta B kidding…

First things first… Do you know what side is left and what side is right?

Call a tow truck. Your jack is not a Honda jack. So you probably wrecked your bumper.
