Why does the left front wheel on my 4wheeler lock as soon as i touch the lever but the other 1 don't even hardly slow down?
I have a 2007 Honda Recon 250 4wheeler and it's been doing that off and on for awhile now, i thought it might have been a low tire because it's done the exact same thing before with a low tire but my tire pressure is fine. I'm guessing something is wrong with the brake shoes but i'm not sure what to look for because i'm not very experienced in the mechanic department and i don't wanna mess something up worse than it already is

- How to slow down the idle on a 88 honda crx si? I recently put a motor in a 88 honda crx SI the person I bought it from took the original motor out to put a bigger one in but never did. I put the original motor back in and hooked everything up. It cranks but it idles at 3000 rpm's. How do I slow down the idle?

- Why does my car engine rev up and down? It revs up and down all the way up to 3x rpm and down? Also when i step on the gas pedal it revs up all the way to the top 8x rpm and stays right there even when i let go of the gas pedal. Please anyone who can tell me why this happens? I bought a new Honda Civic Si from the dealership and the guy said that it was one of 10,000 models of that year, it looks nice but i want to know how accurate this is. Why does it have red badges?
