How much can I sell my 1995 Honda Civic LX for?

It has a new water pump, timing belt, spark plugs, belts, hoses, headlights, and hood. It needs a speed sensor, belt and pulley for the A/C, CV Joints, and speakers. The car runs great, I drive it daily back and forth to work and around town. It gets about 32 mpg on the highway. The inside it's all cracked and busted, I took care of it so it only has carpet stains. The front seats are in great condition but the sticking in the back is coming loose so the needs to be redone but it's not torn anywhere. How much can I sell it for on craigslist or in the paper? How much can I sell my 1995 Honda Civic LX for - 1

Around $500 to $1000.

I'd say $600 or maybe trade it for a cow

There's no purpose to sell this car after spending all of the money you have. It is just transportation and it seems to be economical. If you are embarrassed by the car, then, just be. You failed to mention the miles on the car. I'm guessing over 245,000 miles. Market value is practically nothing. For you, the value is the cost of a different set of wheels. I needed new leather seats for my 2001 Audi TT convertible. To repair or to get new leather was over $4,000. I got seats from an Audi recycler that had seats from a crashed TT. Cost, shipping, install all under $1,500. Car looks great. With all of the millions of 1995 Honda Civics sold, and even compatible interiors, I bet you could find that you could redo the interior for minimum money or leave as is. However, if you insist, there are website you can dig a market value and then you advertise and see what happens.

KBB says resell value on your car in good conditon is $1,335
Fair Condition is $935
If you find the right person, who is looking to re-do a Honda, you might can get a little more for it. You might be surprised at what someone would give for it, they're economical, tough cars that hold their resell value well.
