How much is it to replace a engine in a 1999 Honda civic and is there anymore in NY that can do it?

"Anymore?" New York is a BIG state snowflake, how in the hell are we to know? Go in the phone book, and call a mechanic who knows Asian cars, and have him or her give you a quote!
