I've honda civic 2003 where srs light is on?

I've my Honda civic 2003 where srs light is one and I guess that's due to seat belt. But seat belt sign didn't show anything but when I cleaned it, it started showing seat belt sign when clipped which is a good sign. But the srs sign hasn't gone off. I also tried from youtube videos swiching off srs light with paper clip connection on yellow switch but showed nothing. So srs light is still on
but i'm thinking to take this problem to Honda dealer but I fear that they may first charge for diagnostic test then followed by repair charge which might cost rocket price. Any suggestion?

SRS stands for Supplemental Restraint System or in other words the Air Bags. Nothing whatsoever to do with the seat belts. This is not a DIY repair due to the hazard with working with the air bag modules. You need to have a professional repair this. Otherwise your air bags may deploy prematurely or not at all.

Hi yes it does need a diagnostic check not on the engine management system but the body module another computer with in the car this takes care of all these other functions with in the car.

Needs a diagnostic scan to determine the cause, not a DIY fix.

Well the reason why the SRS light is still on is because your not even fixing the right thing. SRS light has nothing to do with the seat belts, it is for the airbags system. You don't have a choice but to take it to a dealer. It could be a sensor issue or something else.
