Looking for a decently fast car?
Ok so i have been driving a 2002 honda civic for a year now (i'm 17) and its getting to be kind of boring its just slow. I'm not a wreckless driver by any means i don't go fast that often. I need some help tho i want a car with some decent horsepower but i can't break the bank. I thought about a civic Si but i'm not the ricer type any ideas on what i should get i only plan on spending about 4 or 5 grand.
That's nice, but you did not factor in the insurance did you skippy? Besides, what do mommy and daddy say about all this?
Decent car for quick no special effects, decent refers to the appearance of form, and the internal cause refers to the car quickly, of course, if you want to choose to express will have to look at the speed of the car
Hi so what about insurance tackle that first by asking what some cost to insure. It might be what puts you off.
Go find a fox body Mustang for $1,500.
Dump $2,500-$3,500 into engine and drivetrain. Fast, cheap, just don't turn.
Buy a vehicle with a 6 cylinder motor.
A civic with a vtec is far from slow properly driven.
Get v8 motor
An older mustang GT which have around 225 - 230 hp.
Honda Accord V6
Honda S2K, Acura RSX-S, Subaru Impreza WRX (bug eye, or even the body style right after)
- What's a fast quick car under 5k? I'm not really into new cars just the year around 94-05 that's has at least 200hp & if it's awd it's even better. I was looking on the eclipse gsx, Nissan 240sx, jetta vr6 gti, Honda prelude, Acura rsx & the Mazda rx8 but I don't really want the rx8 due to the engine. Can you guys help me out here. The most I can spend is 5000.
- What is a fast car for under 5k? I'm looking for a fast car awd or fwd (snow and mountain passes) that has a large aftermarket. No hondas. I have 5k.
- Simple repairs to make car fast again? 1986 Honda prelude, carbourated, 5 speed. My friend had it a while ago and he said it was very fast when he originally had it, about a year ago. When I drive it it seems to have very little power, it accelerates really really slow. I was wondering if there's any simple repairs I can do to make it a little faster besides a tune up?
- Looking for a small, fast, cruiser? I like the honda rebel. But I heard its not very good on the highway. I'm looking for a cruiser type look, that isn't to big. But also goes fast enough to take on some 5 hour rides. I'm a new rider also. So put that in perspective.
