EASY, screw-driver the door lock, wrench force the steering wheel, then pull the ignition barrel wires off and hot wire the car.
Whoever stole it just stole a pos, you get the last laugh.
There's multiple ways to break into a car, start it up, and drive off.
You can bring into a car with many tools even with those flexible metal hangers. All you need is a little space to stick a little tool in through the window or door and unlock the car, which can be done just about under 1 minute.
To start a car you can damage the key pins in the ignition to the point where you can start it with something like a screw driver.
Sorry to hear about you car, Hopefully you find it in once piece.
By using a same model and year key. They were able to open it because the key and locks on yours was worn to the point your lock can be open with a key the same shape as yours even though it's not cut the same. This is the reason many hondas are stolen all the time.
Plenty YouTube video on different honda keys opening different honda cars.
Tips I suggest not buying one or upgrading your security.
- Why has my Honda VTX 1300 Motorcycle been overheating ever since I laid it down? I changed the coolant, cleaned the air filter and got a new thermostat but still over heats if I'm sitting at every red light. Will start up after it cools down but always over heats when I idle too long. Any ideas?
- I've financed a car and put 1,000 down, it's been 2 days and the dealer still Looking a for a bank but I've been approved already? So I've put 1,000 down for my car at Honda and everyday passes but still same response from the dealer "still working on a approval" but they have my deposit and they already approved me. Is this even legal, Can they hold my deposit and not give me the car. Would I lose my deposit if I'm not approved?
- I'm driving a 96 honda civic and my car has been shaking and overheating? I have check for leaks and everything is fine but i do have a rusted spark plug, i'm wondering if that may be the cause of shaking and excessive overheating to the point i'm driving with the heater on all the time. Can anyone let me know if the spark plug is the problem and if i replace this one rusted plug will the car drive back normally?
- Should I buy a 2008 honda civic ex-l that has 100000 miles or a honda civic lx that has 82k miles? The honda civic ex-l has only one owner and the honda civic lx is from a dealer. They're fairly the same price
