Will a oil pressure sensor cause a 1999 honda civic not to crank if oil is low?
While I was driving I noticed it wouldn't go any faster while I was going about 60mph but I felt the transmission spinning and the revs were high I then pulled over and put the car in Park and noticed the engine wasn't on

Have the car towed to a repair shop and stop thinking, it's going to make your head hurt.
Get the car towed. Your description of the issue will make someone's head spin.
Sounds like more than one problem. The clutch could have burned out, but that wouldn't stop the engine. Engine stopped because seizure from oil starvation, broken cam belt, failed alternator, failed fuel supply, the shight fairy visited it. The starter won't turn a seized engine. Get a mechanic to look at the car.
No oil will not stop your car from running, you will actually burn the motor up first.
Your engine may have turned off, (but rpms will drop to 0 usually)
Did it restart when key turned? And what is your mileage that is VERY important to know.
It sounds seized. That is how things go when an engine seizes up. But we would need much more info.To come to a solid conclusion.
Did the motor restart?
The oil pressure light will come on every time the motor stalls.
It's strange you didn't even try to restart the motor and have to ask us if it's seized! WTF is wrong with you?
