I had and 86 Si that did I want to know what year that started and what was the last year for the torsion bar front end

Torsion bar front suspension and a twist beam rear axle:
Civic 1983-1987
Crx 1984-1987
Acura Integra 1986-1989

83-87 were the last years. After that came double wish bones.

My question is if I only do that sway bar but not the rear ones, will it do any better or worse for my handling when taking highway corners and curves at higher speeds?
