Why Does My 88' Honda Civic A/C only work on high?

Do you mean the fan only works on high or you can only feel the cold air when its on high?
if its the fan speed, thats the blower motor resistor, if its the temperature, its just lacking some refrigerant and you can put stanrd r type in that will mix with any kind.

They only move when i turn the off button. I changed the motor and its doing the same thing. Could it be the linkage?
