Withdrawals symptoms from a car costing to much to repair?
Anyway.
I own a Honda Civic EP1 2002, 101.000 miles done in her. Over the past year I have spent over 1700 EUROS in engine repairs, Clutch, gearbox, ABS, Brakes airbags system, etc
Recently the car has been acting up again, I have put the ad up for sale, and people are calling for it, But the problem is, I'm to attached to the car, My first ever Tuner car, and Its like my baby, when sick I repair it, but I still feel like the money is stacking up to much for me, even do I don't mind spending the cash.
Can someone who has ever been in situation, give me some advice, I actually don't know what to do.
As far as I'm concerned a car is a convenience, a tin box with a wheel at each corner, that gets you from A to B in the shortest practical time - it is not jewellery, to be fussed over, polished every five minutes and never taken out in the rain because it gets dirty. Fill it with petrol, look after the oil, tyres and battery - when it goes wrong get it fixed or get rid of it and replace it with a more reliable one, it's not a pet.
You are mothering a sick child. Time to give it away to the doctor or let it die!

I have a 06 honda pilot I just replace my 2 sensor on it n I still have check engine light my friend ran the computer and it gave 2 codes p135 and p2138 I just want to know if I take it to shop how much will it cost me or where can I find a good mecanic in ct
- About how much would it cost to repair the front bumper on my car? The right side of the bumper on my 2003 Honda Pilot was hit today and it's a bit dented in along with what appears to be scratches perhaps. Like, they're these streaks of white paint on them that I think might also be scratches. Would I have to replace the entire bumper or can that be fixed by itself?
- How urgent is a P0420 code on a honda odyssey if there are no symptoms? I know I have to get it fixed eventually but how much time do I realistically have before the vehicle stalls and is not drivable. Any advice or suggestions would great.
- How much will a car repair cost? I crashed or semi crashed my dad's driver side bumper into a tall mutli mailbox and it left big white scratches, the metal got pierced and the piece over the back left tire got knocked out of place a bit by about a few CM.
