01 Honda CRV Performance Upgrades?

I have a 2001 Honda CR-V with the B20Z2 4Cyl. This thing it's a gutless wonder. With that being said, I wanna put more horses under the hood. Any input?

Specs:
Engine: B20Z2 DOHC 2.0L 4Cyl
Trans: Auto (4 speed I think)
Drive: Real Time AWD
Current HP: ~120 +/- 10
HP Goal: 300+ with turbo 200+ naturally aspirated
Prefer naturally aspirated but the wife wants turbo. Either or will do though.

All motor-high compression pistons like 11.5:1 cr, a vtec head (ex pr3, p72, p73), lighter crankshaft, headers, intake manifold, exhaust, intake system, better camshafts, and better valve train, engine rebuild. You will need a tune if you get some aggressive camshafts.

turbo-low compression pistons like 9.5:1-10.1:1, exhaust manifold, t3/t4 turbo or a Garrett gt280r turbo, vtec head, stronger internals, sleeving the block is a good idea, front mount intercooler, intake manifold, camshafts that are specifically designed for turbocharging. Things like the exhaust manifold, intercooler piping, etc can be fabricated. You will need a tune for the engine to work with the turbo.

if you want to put all that power to the ground you will need to lower your car with some stiff coilovers, get some good tires, and a close geared transmission. I believe that Honda makes a 5speed awd transmission so there for you can put type r internals in it making it a close geared transmission but I don't know…
