Is it wrong to test drive cars with no intention to purchase?

I have a new car so I don't need a new car but I want to go test drive the new Honda Accord, Civic and CR-V.

Do you think it's wrong to waste the salesperson's time knowing I won't be buying anytime soon?

Oh no.

You are not only wasting the time of the salesman, you are also taking away a chance that he could sell a car to a real customer.

Auto sales is commission based at most dealerships, If you do not sell a car, you make no money. If you want to drive a car for fun, rent one

Yes, it is wrong. Rent each of them for a day and you can have as much fun as you want.

You must have a lot of free time to go and just test drive cars. Not only are you wasting the salesman's time, you are just wasting your time.

LOL.
Where I live, the salespeople ENCOURAGE people to come in and test drive cars.
The idea there's that they get an opportunity to attempt to persuade you to trade-in your car and buy a new one using a new and lucrative finance arrangement for them.
Apparently this works often enough.

Yes. Many salesmen can see through your disguise. You are there for the joy ride. Makes them no money. GO AWAY KID, YOU ARE BOTHERING ME.

Yes. I tells me you are a shallow individual with a dishonest nature.

Auto sales people deal with joy-riders all the time. If you ask a sales person, they're giant PITA's

Instead of wasting time at a dealership, go to a car rental agency and drive each car around for a day or however long you want to joyride. Better use of your time and theirs.
