Mazda CX-5 or Honda CRV?

We're looking to get a smaller SUV and we've decided to get one of these but we're having a hard time choosing one. What's your opinion? CX-5 or CRV? Also, AWD or FWD? We don't live in central USA so we have mostly stable seasons so we were thinking FWD because of that and because of cost but we're not sure. What's your opinon?

All I can speak to is the all-wheel-drive vs four-wheel-drive controversy. Four wheel drive is superior

I would recommend the Honda CRV. Their performance beats the Mazda across the board. I tend to go with the AWD, but your thoughts for FWD looks valid for you. But if you are gonna travel outside of your home territory, the AWD is something to think about.

Id go with the Honda CRV because of the AWD

My CRV has over 200k and going strong, I do plan to replace it soon with another CRV

Don't forget the Tucson.Rated high and long warranty's.

Why pay extras for AWD when it's not needed unless you plan to drive on snow or sand? Unless your driving style is rally car style the extra 2 wheel drive has no effect except in purchase price, running costs & maintenance.
Both good cars that will run reliably for a decade with regular servicing. Choose te one you feel more comfortable in.

CRV.

HEy

Id go with the Honda CRV

CRV gets my vote.

  • Why Suzuki is not as popular as Toyota, Honda.Nissan, Mazda, and Subaru? I hardly see any Suzuki vehicles on the road, and wonder why if t is also Japanese. it appears that both Mitsubishi and Suzuki lag behind its Japanese counterparts. I feel Suzuki are very good cars, but most people fail to see that and they don't notice it.
  • Mazda rx8 V.S. Honda s2000? Ok so I'm almost 17 and of course I want a fast car. My parents will help me buy any car I want… Almost… The fastest they will let me get is like a boss mustang or a corvette. Of course I don't have money for those. And my dad has a Lexus IS350C and of course I want to race him. Anyway… I like the looks of the s2000 better but which is faster? And is getting the s2000 worth giving up the back seats?
  • Mazda reliability? Particularly 2013 mazda 3? I'm in the market for a new car and I was looking between 2013 Toyota corolla which is just boring and doesn't have as much features compared to Honda, or mazda. The Mazda 3 is at a good price 1000 dollars cheaper then the Toyota. So my question is, is Mazda reliable for that generation, or should I stick with a very well known reliable car maker?
  • Mazda mx5, honda s2000, or Audi a5? What is the best choice and cheapest I'm just looking for a cheap convertable that has a good kick to it I'm only a fresh man and if you have another car suggestion feel free to let me know manly convertable that looks nice and has good sound and power like I said I know there will still be a spendy budget but what the best choice for cheapest, great sound and look and power thanks.
