You pay whatever price you can negotiate with the seller.
That depends on the size of the dealership and where in the country (or world) you are and how popular the vehicle is there. I've got the largest dealer in the USA right around the corner from me and can pick one up for $15,690 after the dealer incentive is deducted, without even negotiating. You, on the other hand might be stuck paying close to MSRP in your area.
You should be able to get about a grand or so off of MSRP. However, taxes and fees will be based on your and location. What might they be? The Fargo dealership should be able to say immediately.
Never pay MSRP. Statutory (Government) fees are non negotiable, but everything else is. Look to be paying around $16K drive away
