Honda Integra Idle Air Control Valve issue?

Anyone knows what's wrong with my turbocharged ITR?
It's not running smooth anymore.
I thought it was spark plug problem, so I replaced them but still nothing changed. Might be IAC problem?
Rebuilt parts:
-Eagle Rods
-Garrett T3/TO4E Turbo
Rebuilt date: 2009

It could be the way you plumbed in the BOV! If your air flow sensor is up-stream the turbo then the BOV has to vent between the air flow sensor and the turbo charger. They do not recommend putting the air flow sensor after the turbo because of the chances of overheating it. If you don't do one or the other the engine will run rich and foul the plugs.
