How fast many rpms can I accelerate the car up to for each of these cars after every stop?

It's best to keep your RPMs below 3,000. And you really don't need much more than 2,000. For example, on a recent trip, where I was driving the speed limit is 75 miles per hour. I set my cruise control for 83 mph and my RPMs was just a bit over 2,000.

And as one person put it in response to your question:

Car problems seem to be a weekly occurrence with you. Based upon your constant questions, you are incapable and/or too lazy to do any amount of research and you are incompetent behind the wheel, and in basic automotive knowledge.

Well your truck has a v8. So it uses a lot less effort to keep the truck going.

Apparently you don't care much for your vehicles so red line 'em. Each and every one of them.

You apply as much gas as you need to start moving.

Depends if the car has a tachometer you can rev up to the red line BUT I DO NOT recommend it. The red line is usually 7-8 thousand rpms I would not go past 5000 or 6000
