How would you handle this situation?

I've been working at my job for 4 years now and things were fine for about 3 of those years. I drove a 1990 Honda hatchback that had a huge dent on the drivers side and was rolling the window down with a pair of pliers. Got along with everyone!

Early last year, my boyfriend was doing a job for the neighbors and they had a car in their backyard with a cover over it. The husband said they were selling it so we asked to see it. Turns out, it was a 2002 Jag X-Type. They wanted to get rid of the car as soon as possible, so I bought it for a fair price. Wasn't even looking for this car but God is Great! However everyday after work when I walk out someone is throwing coffee on the hood of my car. Whenever I try to tell people about it they ask me what I did to cause this. I don't know what to do. I really wanna know who is doing it. Any ideas on reasonable hidden cameras? Or should I just go to Hr? After all it's happening in the company parking lot.

Go to Hr, as what happens on company property is their responsiobility.

Report it to building security.

You should report it

Of course you need to report it.

You got along with everybody, but when you get along with everybody, there are some who quietly resent your happy situation. And getting a nice car -- that really pushes it over the line with this person. I would wager that it is someone whom you know. If you think who is likely stewing about your "easy" life, you can probably figure it out.

I once was leaving work when I saw a car that had been damaged. Headlights smashed, windshield wipers ripped off, side panels dented, tires slashed. I heard the story that it belonged to a woman who was supposedly having a fling with a man, and his wife found out, and I guess was not very happy.

So, it could be worse.
