I have a 1991 Honda CRX that's been in storage for 5 years now?

Added (1). I've had this vehicle since new, but time has gone by and I wasn't driving it. It has zero rust, because it's never seen a winter, and looks great except for the clear coat on top. I want to take it to someone who knows these vehicles and I'm just wondering what the cost may be. I know the gas issue is going to be bad, even though I put Stabilizer in years ago when stored. You could eat off the engine, because I took that good of care.
Do you think this will go into the thousands

Drain the old fuel, Put fresh gas. Change the battery and the fuel filter. Change the oil and oil filter. Air up the tires. Try to start. Car starts, wash the car and take it for a short drive.

If you can't do this, call a mobile mechanic.

If it was in good shape when it was stored, then you might just have to check the tires, check all the fluids, replace the battery, and then start it up

Well goodie for you.

It's not easy to say. It could include tires, battery, belts and hoses, change the oil, flush the coolant system, flush the fuel system, clean the fuel injectors, clean or replace the spark plugs and do an all-points inspection for everything else, plus towing to a shop. I'd say you're looking at $1000-$1500 if you don't do any of that yourself. At the bare minimum you're going to have to flush the fuel system and clean the injectors with it sitting that long.

Depends on its mileage & condition. Same for every car.
