Not if the current owner expects you to pay the fees.
Friend I have never heard of the debt I'm the original owner carrying over to the person that he is selling it to. Don't you pay the person selling it any money for late registration fees. Ask the tax office if you purchase a car if you're responsible for the last owners late registration fee.
- I have a honda cbr954rr that I just purchased in used condition with only 3300 original miles. But I have noticed that it's somtimes? Hard to go into neutral. It just skip past neutral and go to second & it seems like the only way for me to go to neutral his if I shut the bike off. Even if I try to shift from 1st to neutral really slow it still jumps to second. I've tried to adjust the clutch but no help have anyone else experienced this problem any help will be appreciated

I'm selling my Honda Grom to a buyer and was wondering if he buys my bike, will my registration automatically get terminated after I sign the title over? Because a friend told me even if the registration is up to date, it gets terminated after selling it because the new owner will have to register anyways. I ask because my bike registration has been expired since August 2018.

I have a Honda Harmony HRB215 K4 SDA that won't pull start but if I take off the recoil and drill start it, it runs perfect. I did a compressin test, the pull start only gets the mower to 60psi but the drill gets the mower to 150psi. This mower does have a decompression vale where the ehaust opest about 1/8 of the way. I tore the ead off and checked and cleaned the valves. They don't stick open. Could there be an issue with the decompression valve? Or would it be the piston rings?
