Begginer should I ride a Honda cbr 600rr bike?

Alright I'm 13 and am thinking about riding a bike when I'm 16. I thought that a Honda cbr 600rr is a cool bike. I do not know what year is good. I'm really just getting into motorcycles and I do not know a lot about them. I do not know what year of model I would get. I saw sixfootfourhonda and he has a 2009, this model looks stylish. Remember that I'm a BEGGINER and have no idea of any key words. Any help like SPEED and MPG and PRICE would be nice!

Utter madness. You life expectancy will be short if you do. If you survive without some consequence it would be a surprise. If you come off on a right hander in the uk you could end up under a truck. Left hander hit a tree. If you are heavy handed in the wet and you do a high side anything could happen. Get something easier to start with.

Look into an 1980 vitntage air cooled engine

A 600 is way too much power for a beginner bike, especially for a 16 year old. It might look impressive to ride but it won't look so impressive when you end up wrapped round a tree or in a ditch with serious injuries. Go for a 250cc MAX for your first bike or your going to end up killing yourself, powerful bikes require a great deal of respect, discipline and experience to ride safely.

I bought a Suzuki GSXR 600 for my first bike and almost killed myself because I was irresponsible with the acceleration. You might tell yourself you will be careful before hand but once you get one you will be itching to open that throttle. You obviously like sport bikes so I would recommend a Kawasaki Ninja 250 to start with as its a great bike to learn on and has plenty of power then move up if you must a year later or so. The Ninja has a top speed of about 90MPH and will cost a few thousand depending on the condition and mileage. The MPG is about 80.
