Can? Can is such a generic word.
Don't do that.
Here are two better ideas:
Wear a backpack. It has to be heavy duty enough to sit on your back without blowing around.
Use a "cargo net" to hold your bag to the pillion seat (assuming your motorcycle still has a pillion seat).
Yes but not advisable. Use a backpack.
Arm? Generally not a good idea. Shoulder? No problem.
'Can Try'- but probably end up with road rash. A good reason to trade for a GOLD WING with saddlebags. Get a back pack or large shoulder bag- military surplus stores and outdoor supply good place to shop. European practice in old days of Cafe' racers was the large tank bag. Some of Rat bikes made from dropped Rs include Ammunition cases, milk crates, unmatched saddle bags. Check rear subframe, mufler and foot peg mounts, use tape measure and check angle iron supply to mount a milk crate on back, set of 50 caliber ammo boxes to the side maybe also.
LIke Google "motorcycle messenger bag." Like wow.
I wouldn't recommend it on a razor sharp, stiff and uncomfortable crotch rocket.
Heck, I wouldn't recommend it on anything with two OR four wheels.
Tell ya what; get a scooter. One can carry a 10 kilo sack of potatoes on these things without breaking a sweat. Seen it with my very own two eyes…
Scooters are making more and more sense as I'm growing older and older (Almost 30 now). No wonder ol' Dimo J; a seasoned rider; putters around on a bloody Vespa!
If only they'd a manual transmission…
NO. Riding a motorcycle is hard enough without juggling a bag full of stuff in one arm. Buy a couple of bungee cords and strap it down the the back of the bike.
Sure, depending how big, heavy and what's inside it.
I use a rucksack and occasionally a waterproof duffel, if the straps are tight so it does not flap and it does not contain too much weight it works fine.

- Is the 1979 honda cb750f super sport reliable? A guy in town is selling one with 11,000 miles on it and says it runs great. Are there any known problems with them? I don't want to buy a bike that will end up needing lots of work to fix when it's only worth like $1000 anyways.
