Can you apply for two motorcycle loans at two different dealers?

So me and my dad are looking buy motorcycles. He wants to buy his from Yamaha and I want to buy mine from Honda. So we were wondering if we can apply for two loans at different places in my dads name.

Of course you can. You can buy from 20 dealers at the same time. The credit bureau, of course, will see the activity and that will determine whether the loans go through, or not. Good credit, down payment, payment history, all go into consideration.

Credit score and debt to income ratio is what comes into play here. If everything is good with these 2… Yea you should be able to financing.

Sure can

But as much as I would love to not see the monthly bill for my loan coming to me anymore, I would really like to by a new car (Honda Civic Si). I have $25k save up in the bank, just enough to pay off that loan or to buy the car cash and have a bit left over… What would you recommend?
