Dirt bike clutch not fully disengaging after service?

Just gotten my Honda CRF150RB serviced. On the first ride since then, I noticed the clutch wasn't disengaging all the way. I couldn t bump start the bike, and unless the bike was warm, and I was quick to take off, the bike stalled every time I put it in first.
Looked down at the side of the bike (You can see the cable, and how much it's pulling) and it was only pulling about half of the way. Had a play around with the free play, and simple things like that, but none of it worked. I could make the problem worse, and perhaps a little better, but I definitely couldn t fix it.

You have paid a mechanic good money to service the bike - the job was not done properly - return to mechanic - get the job done properly.

Maybe the clutch cable is to tight

or the assembly was done wrongly

Possible worm detent is worn out disallowing the clutch shaft to disengage the clutch. Your mechanic may not of known what to look for.

  • New lawn mower pull cord will not pull out fully? Today we purchased a Troy-bolt TB130 160cc Honda engine push mower with an auto joke system. When we went to pull the start pull cord all it does it give a little slack and then completely locks up. If we slowly pull it wait for it to lock give a little back and slowly pull again more come out. What are wee doing wrong?

I'm wanting to convert it to a chain driven system but need to know how. The frame is chain driven but the clutch is belt driven how do I convert the clutch to a chain drive system.

When I take it out its will Run and rev up in neutral and stay cranked when I change gears and when I take off its starts sputtering I'm not sure what's wrong I first Checked the gas and oil but that's all fine it's a Honda crf 150-4 stroke nice bike but hate that it's doing this please help
