Get the current CBR250R or wait for the new one?
I'm planning on getting a CBR250R but Honda hasn't confirmed the launch of the new one. My sem break is next month and I had a lot planned for it (which includes a sport tourer. ) so is it better to wait for the new one or go for the current one?
Get the current one, since it's been out for awhile you won't have any issues finding parts if you ever need to. The aftermarket part ability's have a huge market. I personally wouldn't wait for the new one. I have a CBR250R myself and love it.
Take a look at the new yamaha 321cc sportbike. 42hp and six speed. Honda cbr 250 is 24hp and 5 speed. The yamaha has a in-line 2 cylinder with a cross plane crank shaft delivering smooth power. Liquid cooled. Giving reliable dyno results in all weather. Better bike for not much more money.
Honda only has cbr 300r out now cause 250 are old news but I would always buy the year old model brand new and save a few hundred.

Each of those took advantage of very different situations, each with seemingly impossible odds. Thing is, they were all LEGALLY allowed to compete. How about here?
